Floor Plans
The spaces will have 9-10 foot ceilings and range in size from 540 sqft studios to 1200 sqft two bedroom apartments. Large windows are placed for maximum natural light and to allow passive cross-flow ventilation. Most of the upper units will have mountain and tree views. Most units have a balcony or private patio and there is a central courtyard for gathering and relaxing. Most units include indoor bike parking.
Commercial Spaces
The commercial units provide a large light filled space ideal for restaurant or retail. The storefronts have operable doors to open the interior space to covered sidewalk seating.
